Live concerts or rehearsals are recorded, direct onto our Nuendo digital audio workstation, with  DAT or SD card as backup.
We work alone or as part or a multi-camera video shoot.

For Choirs, Acoustic Folk Bands, Orchestras etc we favour a purist approach to recording. Eg: minimal microphones.

Our favourite microphone is the superb Soundfield Mic as used by the BBC & SKY. We do use lots of other mics as well from Sennheiser, Shure, AKG. EV, Beyerdynamic & Neumann.

For electric bands we take a multi-split from the PA system and place audience mics etc around the venue and record to a digital multi track.

beecees has been making surround recordings since the 1980`s and still often records surround alongside a stereo session.
